Zoe Thiel is currently a Program Manager for the City of Minneapolis in a dual role with the Minneapolis Innovation Team and the newly formed Small Business Support Team. Her professional background is in strategic planning, project management, and performance measurement at both the City of Minneapolis and Minneapolis Public Schools.

She has also spent time working on political campaigns in Minnesota and Illinois, and was once a 4th grade teacher in Texas. Zoe has a BA in Political Science and Economics from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
