After a career with the City of Minneapolis, Steve Kotke, PE, comes to SEH to help clients increase efficiency, effectiveness and stability. Steve works collaboratively with other agencies to improve efficiency, effectiveness and stability. His leadership and ability to work with multiple agencies while managing tight budgets is a continued benefit to clients.

Steve began his engineering career at a consulting firm, but, for the past 27 years, he’s worked in the public sector, with the City of Minneapolis, including ten as director of the Department of Public Works. As he starts this stage of his professional life, Steve is interested in change and is looking forward to going back to where it all began–consulting.
