Senait came to Luckett & Farley from New Orleans, where she worked with Billes Partners. Her architectural experience includes new construction, historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects, including documentation for historic tax credit application purposes. She has worked on a wide variety of building types including educational, institutional, single and multi-family residential, commercial, religious and community centers. She has led project teams to shepherd planning and design processes from programming and feasibility analysis to construction documents and contract administration.
Senait has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia and a Master’s degree in Community Planning from the University of Maryland, College Park.
