Lynda Dodd has served the community for more than 22 years in various leadership roles with the city of Phoenix. She currently serves as the Deputy Director for the Neighborhood Engagement Division in the Neighborhood Services Department. Her team serves as relationship managers between the community and the city using a seamless and collaborative approach to address residents’ needs. The team provides leadership development, education, training, volunteer assistance, landlord and tenant services, and exceptional customer service to our community.

Lynda has also led teams in developing new aviation parking business programs, creating community and customer service innovations, tax credit financing, internal auditing and budgeting. She holds a Masters in Public Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Wichita State University.
