Jillian joined The Street Trust in August 2017. She’s spent more than 30 years in Portland contributing to improving livability and transportation choices. Her career includes two tours at Portland City Hall and a long run with TriMet, leading the transit-oriented development program and real estate department. She has a degree in urban planning from UNC-Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s from Lewis and Clark College.
