The greatest benefit of attending the ULI Fall Meeting is both networking and the sharing of information and ideas. It provided an opportunity to collaborate and interact with other public and private leaders on the best practices that could be used for creating world class communities. Having a framework of professionals that one can communicate with on various topics and to bounce ideas off of and garner opinions is priceless.
It is extremely helpful to see things and speak to leading professionals with different industry views; from the developer, designer, government professional and general contractor perspectives. The Rose scholarship will assist me in creating places that will have a positive impact on people’s lives that live in my city.
