Ian Lawrence is the Director of Lending at Washington Area Community Investment Fund (Wacif), a leading CDFI based in Washington DC. As Director of Lending, Ian is responsible for overall strategic direction, growth and management of Wacif’s lending activities. Prior to joining Wacif, Ian was a consultant with Blue Cloud Technologies and a middle market banker at Branch Banking & Trust.

Before working in financial services, Ian worked at IBM Global Services. Mr. Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
