Geraldene Moyle is a Senior Project Manager in the Urban Development Department at the Portland Development Commission. With an emphasis on public-private partnerships, Geraldene manages development, public improvement, and economic development projects and strategies in Portland’s Central City, focusing on the South Waterfront and Central Eastside quadrants.

Prior to her time at PDC, Geraldene spent 12 years in the private sector as the Senior Land Use Planner at Group Mackenzie, a multi-disciplined architecture and engineering firm.
