Mayor Kirk Caldwell departed for Chicago Monday night to attend the fall meeting of the Urban Land Institute and participate in a panel discussion on public private partnership developments. The mayor will participate in the ULI Rose Center 2013 Mayors’ Forum: Starting and Sustaining Relationships with Private Sector Partners Thursday along with the mayors of Indianapolis, Ind.; Memphis, Tenn.; and Portland, Ore.
