A national group will be in Omaha this week to study the north downtown neighborhood. Leaders from the Daniel Rose Center for Public Leadership, along with Mayor Jean Stothert and other city officials, will identify obstacles, opportunities and steps needed to encourage development of the area. They are looking at a 450-acre area to find ways to leverage the development that already is there. Read the full article.
