Anchorage sought a place-based strategy and community-based process to leverage public, private, and philanthropic investment that enhances resilience in the Mountain View and Muldoon neighborhoods and can be replicated across the city.

The Rose Center’s Daniel Rose Land Use Fellowship program returned to Anchorage from August 14-16, 2017 for a follow-up visit to their April 4-7 study visit panel on helping the Municipality (Muni) develop a place-based strategy and community-based process to leverage public, private and philanthropic investment that enhances resilience in the Mountain View and Muldoon neighborhoods—that could be replicated citywide.
