Group Targets Stretch of Albany Avenue for Big Improvements

Hartford is one of four cities chosen for the Urban Land Institute’s Rose Fellowship annual year-long program, which aims to create successful, long-term development plans. The city decided to focus the study on Albany Avenue. On Friday, the group presented its initial impressions and recommendations to local officials and the public at the Artists Collective on Albany Avenue.
