Hartford Mayor Pedro E. Segarra and land planners from across the U.S. are touring the city’s North End to develop concepts for redeveloping key sections of Albany Avenue. Segarra said Thursday that he and fellow team members are leading urban design specialists and planners from the Urban Land Institute and three other mid-size cities—Tacoma (WA), Louisville (KY) and Austin (TX)—as part of his responsibilities as one of the institute’s Daniel Rose Fellows.
