The city announced Tuesday that it is holding a public workshop on Feb. 10, on the future of the Blaisdell Center complex. In March of last year, Mayor Kirk Caldwell hosted a panel of experts from the Urban Land Institute of Washington, D.C., who offered a conceptual future plan for the complex that includes the Blaisdell Arena, Concert Hall and Exhibition Hall.
