Rose Fellowship makes its recommendations to revitalize Rochester

This past week, members of the Rose Center for Public Leadership, the National League of Cities and the Urban Land Institute took a walking tour of downtown Rochester. The Broad Street Aqueduct is just one of those jewels that the Rose Fellowship says is underutilized. The Fellowship also focused on main Street and the Genesee riverfront. Read the full article.
